My daughter wanted to take a thank you gift into staff she had been working with in her nursing program. Cupcake night was the result and the three of us decorated a few dozen cupcakes, flowers, funny faces and animals all appeared! Of course we had to sample to make sure they were tasty enough and they were! Gratitude and surprises a wonderful combination!
I think the mouse with the big pink bubble gum nose is my favorite. In the midst of frosting mayhem my brother arrived from Vancouver. He sat at the counter and enjoyed a sample himself while overseeing the assembly line of cupcake creativity!
