Creative Self Promotion

Self Promotion is really hard, yes it is supposed to be about sharing the work, the talents given with the world but the reality it is your work, my work and intensely personal especially when trying to sell it. Even those I admire who do a great job in marketing still find it a challenge when consciously "doing" it. Good girls don't!? When we just forge ahead sharing what we love with natural enthusiasm and do not listen to the inner critic then it is easier. I love Margot Potter's Shameless Self Promotion term. She is doing some today so check it out. Kathy the Craft Chica has had an awesome week of self promotion and celebrating a new product line in Michaels. Both of these creative contessas rock! In celebrating their promotion savvy and partly because anything I am doing is top secret for now :) this post is for them. This photo from my garden after the rain reminded me of Kathy's love of glitter (the raindrops) and Margot's punchy pink blog.  Debra-----it's SEW easy being GREEN!"

You are getting some Linky Love this week on my blog my friend! Thank you! PR is the hardest part of what we do, but I always say if we don't toot our own horns, no one else will.

Craft on with your bad self,
Margot
